It is clear that Bombay Club has been able to maintain a loyal clientele over the years, with both locals and Indians frequenting the restaurant. While the food is tailored to suit local tastes, it is not as bland as some other Indian restaurants in Brighton. The dal makhni was particularly impressive, surpassing expectations. The paneer jalfrezi was a bit too sweet for my liking, and would have been more enjoyable if it was served piping hot on the tawa and if the paneer had a softer texture. The aloo tikki stood out as a unique and delicious appetizer. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the butter chicken. The paneer kulcha was well-prepared, although the lachcha paratha could have been softer an...

This has been my favourite Indian restaurant in Melbourne since I first discovered it way back, in 1994! Over the years I brought so many friends, family, colleagues, and they all loved it! The whole experience has been the same all these years the service, food, atmosphere all have a feel an upscale restaurant. When you add moderate pricing to that, it certainly makes it a must visit place. It is very hard to pick a favourite dish, as all food chef Narender makes is great. Still, i may mention a few. My favourite dish has been, from the beginning, chicken pakora, but I would also highly recommend: bagare baingan (eggplant dish) onion chili kulcha (spicy stuffed bread). I also have to mentio...

Visited this place with my partner for dinner yesterday. We had booked table for two at seven. The place was quiet busy with customers at the restaurant as well as home deliveries.<br/ I am a vegetarian from Bombay. I never expected Melbourne @Bombay Club to serve such delicious tasting food. It just reminded me of my hometown.<br/ We had ordered Aloo Tikki, Tandoori Mashrooms, Kulcha, Garlic Naan and Paneer zal feeze.<br/ The staff is friendly and polite. The place is done well and plays soft soothing bollywood tracks.<br/ Also not to forget their service was quick. After placing the order we didn't wait long for the food to be served.<br/ The presention was good and food was served warm. I...

If you google 'reliable Indian cuisine in Melbourne ' at the top of the search results is Bombay Club. Didn 't actually test this theory, but just believe it orrite?<br/ <br/ Over the years this has become a semi-regular obsession. Yet to have a bad meal from this mob, both in-house or for take away. The Naan is always glorious, the lamb-filled one is a real cracker. Why not put more meat in something if you can? That 's The Dear Luncher 's motto anyway.<br/ <br/ The Rogan Josh did not knock the socks off with heat, but it was extremely fragrant. The curry itself incredibly voluminous in its texture and flavours. Plenty of lamb as well.<br/ <br/ You will also struggle to get better samosas a... Réservez une table maintenant

We ordered takeaway from Bombay Club and were immediately impressed with the starter of samosas, they are delicious and very big. We ordered a chicken dish and a vegetarian black bean and lentil main in a tomato based sauce, it was really nice as was the rice and naan bread. We will definitely order from them again and would also like to eat in to see how that is.

The Indian food at this restaurant is delicious and homemade. It has a cozy family atmosphere and all the dishes are incredibly tasty. The fresh, hot naan bread is especially amazing. The restaurant has a great ambiance and quick service. The prices are reasonable, making it a place you can visit regularly.

Best Indian in Melbourne. This place is a treasure. It's not super cheap but the food is amazing. This is a family favorite and you will be addicted after one prawn malai, chicken butter cream, vindaloo with a gosh sagwala on the side. It's my happy place.

Perhaps Georgia should consider sticking to Thai or her Italian Heinz spaghetti bolognese. Having visited many Indian restaurants across Melbourne, I can say without a doubt that the Bombay Club is the best. -David Neef Réservez une table maintenant

Stick to the main and you will be fine. The entrees are very small for the price. Luckily the main curries and dishes are better than average. I just wish the entrees were a little bit bigger.
