I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was quite poor, and the staff struggled to communicate in English. There was garbage located right next to the seating area, which was off-putting. Additionally, I was concerned about the hygiene when handling the food; my aloo paratha came with a hair in it. When I raised this issue with the female owner wearing a hijab, her response was unprofessional and rude. It also seems that some customers use the restaurant as a shortcut to Oak Tree Road, which adds to the chaotic atmosphere. I do not recommend this place. Some friends of mine also encountered issues with the credit card machine, as it didn’t work on multiple occasions.
This place has officially become one of my personal favorites because of its amazing chai and kulfi! Kashmiri chai has been a long-time favorite of mine; I first tried it a few years ago simply because it looked so vibrant and pink, and now it's one of my top chai flavors. This place offers a variety of kulfi flavors, and I decided to try the pistachio. I'm definitely going back to explore the other flavors! I really wish I had taken pictures. Overall, I would rate the kulfi 3.5/5 and the Kashmiri chai 4/5.
Bad service. Staff does not understand English. Garbage right next to sitting area. Unhygienic handing of the food. Aloo paratha had a hair. Told the owner female with hijab she responded back with unprofessional and rude expression. People use therestaurant to shortcut to the oak tree road. Not recommended. Friends complained about credit card machine not working more thanonce.
Simple, clean and tasty food. Tried multiple items, didn?t liked the normal tea it could have been better. Park your car in the back of the shop don?t try to look for the parking in the Main Street. Had one of the fluffiest bathure across many places...

I had a delightful breakfast featuring halva puri, which was absolutely delicious! The portion sizes were generous and quite filling. The parathas were huge and made fresh to order. They also offer Kashmiri tea, which is a great addition to the meal!
I order Gobi paratha 15 more before going there. When I was at counter guy said other guy just took that paratha.. ? n I had to wait another 15 mins for them to make another one in hurry.. didn't like it. I probably wouldn't go back..
My family and I love Bombay Paratha! We usually get the Veg Curries that are good, but our favorites are the Parthas and the Halva puri. Prices are reasonable and the food content is excellent!
Good food, Had keema paratha and it tasted good. Prices are also affordable. Couple working there are very sweet
