Firstly, It was market day so it was very busy and very hot. Staff were pleasant and took our order quickly and brought drinks. But…..The food however took ages! 50 mins. I had to chase it because we were very hungry and melting, even though we had good shade. The food itself was good the pizza my son had was big and tasty, the burger my husband had was nice too as were the 2 chicken baguettes my other two children had but my sandwich was a joke. It looked nothing like the full one in the picture on the menu! Too hot and hungry to say anything, although we did have to ask for our missing third portion of chips, which were good…..we ate and left. The outside seating was tightly packed so I was getting knocked into when people had to squeeze past without apology of course….. We have eaten in Alcudia before in the square and it was wonderful, but today it was busy everywhere. Even so, we wouldn’t eat here again.
Excellent value for money. The setting is quaint in a little courtyard on the outskirts of the wall. The service was very efficient with friendly staff. We ordered two simple dishes for a late lunch, one pizza and one pasta dish. Both were delicious, the pizza was clearly freshly made with a nice crispy edge and plenty of fresh toppings to give it an authentic taste. The pasta was a simple Rigatoni Arrabiata, the punch from the garlic and chilli in the sauce was so nice, one of the best pasta dishes I’ve eaten in a restaurant. My partner added some of the sauce to her pizza it was that good. I would certainly recommend visiting here, the prices are unbelievably cheap as they offer many dishes for €7
