10/10! The wings at this restaurant are definitely some of the best Korean fried chicken I've ever had. They're served piping hot and incredibly crispy. I personally prefer the soy garlic flavor over the spicy option. The lunch combo is an excellent value, allowing you to select a side to accompany your chicken. I also tried the dumplings for the first time, and while they were decent, they weren't as impressive. The service was outstanding; the staff frequently checked in on us and promptly refilled our drinks. Plus, the restaurant has a clean and spacious environment.
I ordered from this location for the first time and opted for curbside pickup. When I arrived, I called five times to request that my food be brought outside, but no one came out. After waiting, I went inside to collect my order. Unfortunately, I only had 30 minutes for lunch. When I returned to the office, I realized they had forgotten the extra side and the sauces I had paid for. I tried calling back, but no one answered. Service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch.
I hardly know what to say other than, if you haven't tried Bonchon wings yet...what are you waiting for??? They're incredible! I'm not sure how they achieve such greatness, but WOW! The rest of the menu is impressive too, but to be honest, we go there primarily for the Soy-Garlic wings.
Great wings and side plates. One suggestion to this restaurant is, to improve cole slaw. TBH, cole slaw from this restaurant gives negative feeling, and it would be better not offer it. Not fresh, and even sauce seem too old left in container.

Used to go to the South Riding location but started getting soggy wings for take out and had not so great experience in restaurant. Seems like inexperienced employees. Haven't been back since. I used to promote them but cannot do this anymore.
The food is incredibly delicious, and the staff is friendly. I usually grab lunch from there when I'm at work and enjoy it back at my office, but if I had the option to stay and dine in, I definitely would.
