First off DO NOT TIP THEM 20%. This is not like the traditional bonchon places where a server helps you with an order and actually serves you. Basically, I ordered from the counter and our food was brought out to us. That was the extent of the service. Water is self serve. Drinks are free refills but you have to beg the worker who 's on his phone the entire time to provide a refill for you. Cleanup you do yourself. It 's almost like take out except you eat at the restaurant. Virtually 0 service. I usually always tip 20% but for this place maybe 5% at MOST is deserved as a Thank you for showing up to your job. Food was decent. Ordered fried chicken (half soy garlic half spicy). The best part...
I have eaten Bonchon at a different location and I loved it, so i was excited when I saw this location. We ordered their super crunchy wings and found them all to be flabby. We were even more surprised to see that we had a few wings on top and two chicken legs underneath. I didn’t order that and don’t eat dark meat. I talked to the person at the counter and was told I needed to order them extra done if I wanted them crunchy. We also ordered Chicken Katsu and it looked fantastic, but was so dry and chewy it was impossible to eat. I sent a message directly to the company, but they have not been responsive at all. I recommend that you do not eat there! I wasted $44!
DON 'T EAT HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEE RIGHTS!!!! I witnessed a manager forcing an employee to pay the difference out of pocket when a customer swapped a less expensive item for a more expensive one that had been paid for already but that the kitchen couldn 't make. Any other business would have refunded the difference from the store 's cash drawer or even from the tip jar if needed, but the manager said that 's the store 's money and that the cashier herself needed to pay the customers the price difference for the 2 items. I filed a formal complaint with corporate about this and never heard back. Absolutely disgusting behavior by a company and its managers.
Do not eat here. The food was bad and the service sucks. The food was not fresh and looks nothing like the pictures on the menu. I've had bibimbop a bunch of times. But never have I had it with a runny egg. If I knew they served it that way I would of told them to leave it off but the picture showed a scrambled cut up egg. The staff didn't know how to fix the concerns I had. It was too much money spent for bad food and service I could of went to McDonald's next door for that.

Easily top 10 nastiest food I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered the spicy chicken bimbim bop: chicken was barely cooked and tasted like fish, he rice was old and over cooked, and the carrots tasted rancid. The only thing that earned any good rating was the young man that answered my call and took my complaint. Although he couldn’t process a refund over the phone, he was super kind and patient.
Had the 4 chucken legs and fries lunch special. Biggest legs I've had in a while. Good tasting. You order and pay up front and food is brought to table.Parking: Busy area with Chipotle on one side and Pot Belly on the other. There are a couple of handicapped spots within 20ft of the door.
Had a problem with my food and then Janette from the kitchen came out to assist me. She even recommended the bulgogi to me since I was having trouble deciding on what I wanted. It was my first time trying Bonchon. She made my experience so much better! I’ll definitely go back!Food: 5/5
Things took a turn for the worse when we found a large strand of hair in our French fries. When we asked for a refund, they were uncooperative, even though we hadn't touched our food. I cannot recommend this location and am extremely disappointed with both the service and the food.

We used to enjoy Bonchon, but this will be our last time ordering chicken from here. The chicken was extremely dry and too hard—not just crunchy. It seemed like it was fried once, then fried again before being served. We're very disappointed. Food Rating: 1/5.
