I hate to do this because I am a big fan of Bonefish but it 's really the only recourse I have for bad customer service. A few weeks back I had surgery and a friend sent us dinner through doordash that night. When it arrived all of the chicken was very undercooked. I immediately contacted the restaurant and they said I would get a call back in 30 minutes from the manager. 90 minutes later I called back and she told me I was going to call you back but have a full dining room. I was disappointed with this response as I was also a customer with an issue that needed resolving. Bonefish has a solid beverage program and a great menu when executed properly. This location consistently misses the mark. We had a 5:30 reservation and the restaurant was maybe a 3rd full. Must admit our server was great. Then we had a 40 minute ticket time on our food. I ordered one of the seafood specials that our server highly recommended. It was cooked to death, dry and sad. A manager never came by. In their defense, they made my entree over and put it in a to go box, but I didn’t go there for to go food. we have heard so many critikens about this place of friends who had visited earlier. So we decided to give it to me for birthday and without saying we were not disappointed. the staff was nice and polite, greeted us with a big smile. we ordered the bang shrimps as an appetizer, which is of course a big hit here. for the escape we ordered the Chilean seabarsch with mango salsa and soy glazed butterfish with creamy spinat and rice. both dishes were exquisite. and so was the ambiente of the restaurant.

For the amount of money paid, the service and attention to detail should have been better. First off, when I arrived for my togo order, no one was at the door. I stood there for at least 5 minutes before I was greeted. When I received my order, I didn't get the bread for my appetizer. I also ordered a martini for 2 but it only filled one glass. The food tasted great but the value for the portion wasn't worth it. Réservez une table maintenant

bonefish grill is the place to go for fresh seafood. my favorite is the tuna-poke shell, with fresh thun fish on rice, swirling, dripping, salat, paprika and a spicy poke sauce. my companion got grilled salmon with crawling. the meal contains a crusty brot with olive oil and pesto to dive. delicious! I highly recommend it.

Went there for dinner! Highlight of the night is “bangbang” shrimp. Food and service was good but MANAGER WAS SO RUDE! Treated us like we are stupid. Dont think we will go back there unless thats the only restaurant open in the entire Nashville area.

what a nice mood looks like on the earth and I love the music. I want to dance. or is that the ananas malibu around martini! the crispy fried garnel is delicious! pampered the garnels before they get the picture. will be back!

We went for a birthday celebration inconspicuously. The servers made it feel like a celebration anyway! Extremely attentive. Made sure everything was correct and good suggestions. Very personal to make a wonderful day out Réservez une table maintenant

5 star seafood. Ahí tuna, Maryland Crab, Calamari and house salad all expertly prepared, plated, and personally broughg to the table by the chef.
