I recently dined at Bonefish Grill, expecting good food and service, consistent with my previous experiences there. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this place now. I asked for lemon for my water. The restaurant was half empty at 5:30 pm, but this took 30 minutes despite the wait staff coming 4 times empty-handed only to repeat that the lemon was coming. I ordered a bowl of corn chowder soup and sea bass, a $37 main course. When the fish arrived on an appetizer-sized plate which also held some broccoli, I thought I had been served a lunch or children’s portion. I had the pleasure of dining at Bonefish Grill recently, and I must say that the service provided by our server, CC (Christine) was exceptional. From the moment we were seated, CC greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcomed. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, and they offered great recommendations based on our preferences. Throughout the meal, CC was attentive, ensuring our glasses were never empty and checking in on us at the perfect moments. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. I highly recommend Bonefish Grill and highly appreciate CC’s service.

Our server, Julisa , was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal. She was very professional and gave us great recommendations. I particularly enjoyed the grilled salmon dish, which was cooked to perfection and had a delicious flavor. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor. We will definitely be back and ask for Julisa.

I want to thank Christine for going above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was perfect. Her genuine hospitality and impeccable service made all the difference. She knew the menu and offered great recommendations. The Fontina Pork Tenderloin was amazing and melted in my mouth. The atmosphere is cozy and very clean, I will definitely be back

A big thank you to our waiter Caz for providing outstanding service throughout our meal. His menu knowledge and attention to detail made for a seamless dining experience. He recommended the filet and lobster tail and it was amazing! The martini’s are the best I have had in a long time.
