Bonefish Mac's Sports Grille

My wife and I have eaten there for years. We have always raved about the food and service. The menu is extensive and everything has always been delicious. We stopped there this past week and the clam chowder with soupy, they were out of steam clams, the coleslaw with my fish and chips was sour, and the french fries were cold. Food is going downhill. And the place was empty. I have almost never seen that before. Counting us there were only four people at the bar at 7:00 p.m. .

We had to wait a long time to be seated, then another 15 minutes to even order our drinks. The drinks were brought to us in two separate times, with a 7-minute gap in between. The service was okay, but our waitress seemed overwhelmed. The food was average, but the fries were cold. When I looked at my water, the cup was dirty which made me lose my appetite. Overall, the dine-in service was not the best.

Six of us went there for my son's birthday. Our server Christine I believe, was wonderful. Bonus we won $300 on a claw type game and paid for the bill and tip the waitress it was a great day Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Mac Daddy Nachos, Seafood Mac and Cheese, Prime Rib Special, Fish and Chips

What a major disappointment with this place. It has been a while since I been there but nothing has change. Food was ok, fried calamari strips horrible, burger was dry and the Caesar salad well not too much to say. Mojito can be definitely be better, but the worst the service. Mac 's Homemade Crabcakes were the best I 've ever had... Bonefish Mac 's Famous Fish 'n Chips was the best fried fish, I 've ever had... Night 1 of 7 here, I 'm afraid this is all we will be eating.
