Boomerjack's Grill

First let me say, I love your food! However, today wasn’t a pleasant dining experience.Burgers were overdone, when we told the waitress they were not cooked how we ordered them she started to get an attitude with us. And then brought back burgers that had been fixed. But your waitress (Chloe) checked on us one time during our dining experience. She was sitting in the back of the restaurant on her phone the entire time. My friend had to call her over 3 times when we needed assistance. Because of this we did not tip the waitress. She simply was not doing her job. When we paid our bill she saw the ticket and saw there was no tip, she walked to the back of the restaurant to what I’m assuming is the manager and was yelling that we were mad, and that we did not tip her. Loud enough we heard her at the front of the restaurant. The entire restaurant saw and heard what she was saying about me and my friend in a VERY unprofessional manner. I went to back of the restaurant to explain to her why we did not tip her. she started yelling at me, that the tip is how she makes her money. And I wanted her to understand that if you don’t do your job you do not get a tip. She was very disrespectful, and said that respect is earned and not given and the manager of the store was right next to me the whole time as well. Chloe was a terrible waitress and extremely unprofessional. She gave your establishment a very bad look today in front of all the other customers in the restaurant yelling and arguing with me about her tip. I respect the work waitresses do, but I do not respect a waitress who spends the entire time sitting down, on her phone instead of tending to the customers, Or cleaning the establishment. Chloe was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I am 69 years old, I have been in the restaurant business for 37 years. And I have never encountered a waitress with such a poor attitude and poor work ethic and that had the audacity to embarrass customers because of her poor service.

old, what? this food is incredible. ordered scrubbing stroke, the tweepering rings remained crisp for the ride and even had a few small fried jalapeños in there - can not complain about it! ranch is obviously made in the house what is best. the steak was perfectly cooked, even better seasoned, we also have mozzarella planken and they were also quite good, I had definitiw worse. it's the steak and the sway for me, that's my new one.

Sat at the door for over 10 minutes, an hour before closing and we had to seat ourselves.. when we finally did the waitress didn’t even notice us until we flagged her down. She had a bad attitude and was acting as if we were a bother and it was just very unwelcoming. The restaurant itself was pretty nice inside and out so its sad that the service sucked. Food was mediocre.

Spouse and I had a wonderful evening on 11/13, great drink specials, good appetizer plate. Manager greeted us at the door, stopped by to see how we were doing, and was working the room the whole evening! Special thanks to our server, Jessica. (She's going to rule the world some day... . And yes I left a good tip.

Got a chocolate lava cake and recived what feels like maybe a qtr scoop of icecream with it.. and that’s if I’m being generous.
