We sat immediately. Environment was cool. Overcooked steak, but took a while to be checked on. So sides were somewhat eaten by the time we could get steak remade. Steak came back out with no sides. Felt that fresh sides should accompany to complete the meal. Management did not follow up either. Seth, our server, was really great though. Will probably go back, but not our first choice.
The food was excellent! Since it was Mother’s Day, I expected it to be busy, and it was. They were out of a few items on the limited menu, but we all left feeling very satisfied and happy. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone considering a visit. You absolutely have to try the biscuit donuts! They’re so good, they’ll definitely bring me back for more! Mmm, mmm!
We absolutely love Boomtown! It's one of our favorite spots in NKY. We've enjoyed everything we've tried here! We always make sure to order the grits and bread pudding. For our main dishes, we go for the Rhine Poutine and The Mother Load. Everything is consistently cooked to perfection.
We had to wait for an hour because their reservation system was down. Once we were seated, we waited another 50 minutes for our food. The dishes were quite good when they finally arrived, but they didn't come out at the same time, so some of us ended up eating cold meals. Réservez une table maintenant
We made a reservation well ahead of time, but were seated around 20 minutes late. This has happened to us on both occasions we've dined here. It appears they have difficulty honoring reservation times and seem to treat them more like a waitlist when you arrive.
Typically, the food is fantastic, but this time the chicken was burnt, the biscuits were tough, and the bacon was undercooked. It was quite disappointing, and I won't be ordering delivery from here again.
The biscuits are amazing! I have never been a big gravy fan. I tried the mushroom gravy and it was soooo good. Fried chicken was perfect. Fresh food. Great quality!
My favorite local restaurant now offers delivery! I highly recommend everything on their menu. The Pullens Poutine and the bread pudding are especially delicious. Réservez une table maintenant
Mother’s Day brunch. Food was excellent. The atmosphere was loud and crowded I think because the patio wasn’t open due to weather.
