I believe that if baristas received just a bit of proper training—a short course or even a day's workshop—it could significantly enhance the quality of their coffee. I've noticed issues like over-extracted espresso, burnt milk, and baristas failing to clean the milk jug or tamp correctly. These are relatively simple problems that could be resolved with a little training, leading to a more consistent coffee experience.

The man at the front door has no people skills. As I am standing there, in the cold, waiting to place an order, he comes out greets a friend, goes back in to chat with colleagues. Comes out to give someone else their order, looks at me, and gives a gruff “how can I help you”. No, friend, how can I help YOU, by patronizing your small business. And, he gave the wrong order second time it has happened to the barista.
During my first visit to this restaurant, I was drawn in by the clever display of pastries outside on the sidewalk. I couldn’t resist trying the cinnamon monkey bread, which a cheerful young woman warmed up for me and recommended as her favorite. It was absolutely delightful—large and satisfying for just $5, especially on a chilly New York day. I will definitely be back for another!

Bronxville's absolute gem of a coffee shop! Serious coffee people stand in stark contrast to the commercial garbage that is out there -these people are the real java deal! The baked goods are also outstanding! Support small businesses! Support family owned companies! Scott and Katy are wonderful people who have quickly become part of our community.
We visited on a whim and couldn't be happier with our experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed to care about ensuring customers had a wonderful time. The coffee was delicious and reasonably priced compared to other places. Overall, this is by far the best coffee shop in Bronxville! We'll definitely be returning.
My favorite coffee shop. There are quite a few in Bronxville, but this one is the best. Setting up a house account has been great for getting quick coffee. And now they sell coffee brewing equipment! They were super knowledgeable and helped me replace my broken coffee grinder with a nice upgrade. I love having this place nearby.
Absolutely the best coffee in the area. The owners are locals and very kind. The snacks are good. The music is usually on point. And you can call ahead if you prefer touchless pay options. Great beans for home, too!

Rudest staff (owner? in the world. Unless you have a house account, in which case he ignores all other customers and treats you with disdain. Coffee isn’t that great frankly.
Watery coffee and lattes. Had to go to another coffee place directly after. Bummer because I had high hopes based on great reviews. Hopefully it was just a fluke.
