New management and staff do not care about allergies BEWARE. They were out of whey and didn't tell my husband. When my sister ordered a whey booster and they told her they didn't have whey (one of the main ingredients of the drink my husband ordered) he asked about hus drink and they told him they subbed it for SOY! WITHOUT TELLING US! When trying to tell employees soy is a major allergen for some people they LAUGHED like we were joking or being karens. Safe to say I'm never going back to this location ??‍

Just ate a hot Tuna wrap, and I hate hot tuna. Unfortunately, the lady at the counter decided to heat it after I said no, and then proceeded to gaslight me and tell me I ordered it that way. Moments before my husband had asked why my cold wrap was taking so long and confirmed I ordered it cold. First and last visit to this location

Holy nuts has this place gone downhill since new management. Only one person working and ignoring is one of their best features. Last time we go there, got to be somewhere better in Sylvan Lake for a smoothie!
