on the search for a local for a spontaneous meeting in the south hamburgs, this idyllic place on the lake was recommended to us. pleasant location, very friendly staff, which seemed a bit overwhelmed by the sudden guest storm due to the beautiful weather, but could not really get out of the rest.Very attractive small menu, which is recommended for a visit to eat.The pricing is not always appropriate - a small bitter milk coffee, for example, seemed to me overpriced for three and a half.

the boathouse is a beautiful café/restaurant on the harburger outdoor mill. the special, and the main reason for a visit is dei lage. there is a beautiful outside area with a view of the outside mill, simply super for a "sun-downer drink" and a view of the sunset. at the weekend there is a brunch of a lush buffet, but absolutely reserve, otherwise you do not come to the conclusion: beautiful restaurant, not only in summer.

with a view of the lake we were served tasty and lovingly presented eating. one expects good bratkartoffels, but a risotto with green asparagus would not have thought in this quality. also the vegetarian falafel burger was very good. rose wine exactly cooled, unusual drinks to fair trips. that also applies to the feeds. we wish the friendly operators a lot of success!

the location is the largest advantage of this caffe - the lake and the park surrounding it are one of my favorite places in hamburg. they serve a selection of simple dresses - curry sausage, pellkartoffeln, salate, sandwiches etc. it is wonderful for a sunny afternoon, as they have sitting outdoors.

on the look for a restaurant to go Saturday evening cozy with friends eating and what to drink I found the boathouse. eating is very good and appealing and the view of the outside mill lake is really nice. we'll go here more often.

a small fine card in a compulsive environment. the view of the water and a nice service not only make the Sunday excursion in the park even more relaxed. recommended tugs from the barrel or on the afternoon a warm chocolate cake.
