Bord'eau - Réserver une table

Short of shoving food down our throat, the restaurant staff did everything possible to make this a miserable experience. The poor quality of food was only accentuated by the lack of customer service. Glib and smug attitude, a complete failure to even recognize customer service was the hallmark of the visit. These types of restaurants are a shame for Michellin Guide to even carry on their roster. Very disappointing indeed.

I was looking forward to dine here bc of the review in Michelin Guide. Though all was fresh and well prepared I expected more. I had beef covered in nuts and vegetables(stam) but it missed some bite. Very earthy. Very cold, right out of the fridge. The steak of veal was very well cooked and lived up to the expectation. Wine was excellent.

Wonderful dining experience at Bord'eau. Everything from the charming ambiance, amazing entrees, exceptional wine pairing, and wonderful service...this was definitely our best dining experience in France so far. A-Team top notch team and restaurant. Highly recommended.

This is a terrific restaurant. The food was delicious and the service excellent. The setting is lovely, right on the river, very romantic. Will definitely go again when we return to Colmar.
