Borekas Sephardic Pastries

I saw this place on YouTube and made a mental note to check it out soon. Bourekas are a delicious childhood favorite and kind of hard to find in most LA neighborhoods. They definitely met my expectations and taste as good as they look in the beautiful photos. Really appreciate the simplicity.

Ordered picked up for a brunch. The portions were a bit smaller than what I anticipated. This eggs on the side it were perfect. We had the potato, mushroom, and zaatar with cheese and all three were delicious. I recommend your order ahead if you are picking up. Perfect for a Sunday brunch!

beautiful Sefardic pastries. each is served with pickles, boiled egg, hot sauce (amba i believe it’s called) and a tomato pulp (this last thing left something to be desired but it complements everything else well). Réservez une table maintenant

Delicious and craveable. That first bite is swoon worthy. Crunchy and light. Those sauces ask for extra they’re soo good to dip. A must when you’re in the area!

This place is AMAZING. THE FOOD WAS SOOOO GOOOOODDD! The staff was friendly and parking wasn't bad. Definitely a place to check out!
