We stayed in the Erzgebirge for a few days and wanted to visit a typical restaurant. The Inn Bornwaldschänke was recommended to us... My first impression was rather moderate but after a short time, my enthusiasm no longer knew borders...a very interesting establishment with a self-supported stone fireplace. The service was really very friendly and attentive but the absolute madness was the food... I have never seen such wonderful and delicious wild dishes in my life. A visit to the Gasthaus Bornwaldschänke is an absolute must for all in the mountains.
