"Great menu de dia. They were busy but the waiter was patient with us pilgrims. One of the few proper meals of my pilgrimage as the town seemed to be open for longer hours than most"

My girlfriend went to this restaurant yesterday with a friend of her from Switzerland. They immediately heard that they were speaking in French, maybe that 's why he permit himself to be absolutely awful. So, it was the menu and my girlfriend don 't eat meat or fish. So she said that to the waiter and he said : no comes carne o pescado, debes comer carne o pescado, no lo entiendo . But we don 't ask him to UNDERSTAND, just to offer an option : ' Anyway. He was extremely awful. When the desert part came, she asked him que teneis de postre ? and he said : for you, a banana or a apple. For your friend : tarta de santiago, etc. etc. Really seriously. And she said for me nothing and for my friend...

Had a delightful evening here during the week. We ordered a drink we were presented with a saucer full of home made chips, a fried egg, chorizo…. I kid you not! Then we decided to order our dinner, which ran a little late, the waiter said, we were offered a further morsel of delicious food, whetting or taste buds further. Our dinners were fab. The waiter Juan never rested, they were so busy. Thanks for a great evening. Wonderful atmosphere. Substantial chicken portions. Generosity abounds here

Good was good. Service by the waiter was good. But a waitress helped out and she was dreadful! Irritable and offhand. I understand that working in a busy restaurant can be demanding and tiring. But that's the job! She was not an asset to the restaurant.

muy bien. a bit slow but its fine since the food was great and not overpriced, they even ask if you want bread (which is 3.50 euro extra), unlike every other place that just serves you bread without asking and charges for it.
