my fiancée and I have been on this place for about a year, because we love her poke bowls so much. the last two times we were the service was really bad. Rude employees. I understand that the place is understated. but at least they have led by adult and not by youth. we were patient and waited for 40 minutes for our rams. presentation was not terrible. noodles were over boiled and the ice was bad. I knew it wasn't just boiled because the joch was not solid, but the outer whites were muddy. also found a full hair in it. was not worth it and would not recommend it.

I love the miso hot chicken ramen! So good BUT consistency hasn't been my experience here. The last 3 times I ordered I ordered the exact same thing...each time it was different from the portion of the meat to the heat level and even included ingredients. Work on that and it'd be 5 stars.
