I am not the one to ever leave a comment on any restaurants or anywhere I go. But the customer service I got tonight was horrible. I asked the lady to give me 3 donuts and a caramel ice coffee. When I got to the window. The lady had given me 4 donuts and a drink that tasted like milk with whoop cream. I told her this is not what I asked for. Didn?t even made the attempt to get my order right and just demanded the money right away. All she did. Was smile and kept saying sorry. What kind of service is this. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!
The service here is incredibly fast, and the quality of the products is consistently excellent. The drinks are delicious and served without being overly diluted with ice. The donuts are a fantastic value and far superior to those at Dunkin' Donuts. I can't speak to the coffee since I haven't tried it, but if you're in search of a great donut and a delightful Thai tea, this is definitely the place to go.
Delicious donuts at this place! I really love their buttermilk donut. However, there are a few downsides. First, the menu is worn and hard to read, making it difficult to see the options and prices. It almost feels like the place is closed due to its appearance. I also wish they offered cheese muffins like some other places do. I agree with other reviews that the staff here often don't seem very happy.
the donuts are great! I wish the customer service was right. the first time the menu had to look at to see what they had. the dame at the theke seemed irritated because I wasn't ready to order when I came in. the dame that worked the window was irritated to make comments because the customers go through again and again. Except for them, the donuts are good. probably it will try another time.

Well I do have to say the majority of the time they are on top of their game however they do have a few employees that make it very difficult to go in I will not name names please however bosa team I would certainly appreciate it if you advise your team members not to be so short with their paying costumers please and thank you.
Stumbled into this place when we just needed a drink. We got strawberry and mango smoothie with boba (adds $1 each) and a dozen of donut holes totalling about $14. The taste is really average not really the authentic Asian boba tea. The boba was broken up and not chewy. $6 for one drink might as well get the authentic one.
I love her caramel latte! It's perfectly blended, not too sweet, and I tried it in two different ways—one with caramel drizzle and one without. Both versions were delightful! I really enjoyed it.
The donuts arent donuts. And was asked for a breakfast sandwich and was asked what side, selected a bagel and recieved a small patty of sausage in an un-toasted bagel....

Love that they?re open 24 hours, and their donuts are consistently good. Super convenient drive thru to grab a couple dozen for work. ???
I've been here since high school and it's still great. If you do it right, you can get the donuts when they're fresh. delicious!
