Meeting her was a fantastic decision! The whole experience was delightful, and the food was absolutely the best I've ever had! The cevapi were outstanding, and the homemade bread, soup with fresh noodles, and spinach pie were exceptional. It was my first time trying crepes, and they were incredible. What an amazing discovery! I had no idea this place existed until today, but I'm really grateful I stumbled upon it. The food is outstanding, and the hospitality is warm, coming from a family-run establishment spanning two generations. The dishes showcase the true essence of Bosnian cuisine. From the cevapi to the pljeskavica and the shopska salad, everything was fantastic. The meat platter was generous enough to be shared among three people. The spinach and cheese pie was also excellent, and the bread was just perfect.
The cevapi and somun bread at this restaurant are the best I've ever had in America. I've been to Bosnia for work twice, and Bosna Grill's food tastes just like what I enjoyed in Sarajevo. The cevapi are juicy and packed with flavor, while the somun is wonderfully spongy and grilled to perfection. It was served with onions and creamy kajmak, which is akin to clotted cream and is a staple in Balkan cuisine. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to return!
The food options are somewhat limited, but the dishes are fresh and authentic. For the price, I expected a better burek, and I would appreciate more variety on the menu. That said, compared to many other restaurants, this place offers a quick, affordable, and straightforward dining experience. This is a wonderful restaurant managed by a very lovely woman. It has a genuine feel to it, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore exotic cuisine without being overwhelmed by too many choices.
I decided to stop by Bosna Grill on my way home from work and was impressed by the rich flavor of the beef and cheese. I look forward to exploring more of their menu soon.
I tried the spinach burek at Bosna Grill. The crust was perfectly crispy, while the inside was soft and chewy, with a fresh, delicious flavor. I highly recommend it.
