Long wait to be seated (as well as the few parties who arrived ahead AND after myself and my friend) and a bit of a wait for service. When finally seated and when the service started, it was attentive and on time. Everything we ordered very quickly came out and was very very delicious. So, the service at Boss sushi, once it it starts is as good as the service of restaurants twice as expensive as Boss sushi which is quite affordable.
I've been following the chef/owner, Tom, fo a number of years now. Since before he opened up Boss. There is no questioning of the quality of the fish he brings in for the restaurant. His creative dishes exhibit the many global influences he's been exposed to and shine through without use of the dark sweet teriyaki sauce. His fusion style is true to the word while still maintaining a sense style to his Japanese roots.
The place is super, nice atmosphere and the food is amazing. We seat at the sushi bar which is the best since you can interact with the chef. Service is terribly slow. We arrived and we were literally blocked at the entrance of the restaurant. The place deserves five/four stars I was about to give 3 for the only two waitresses there that are not enough, but the sushi is high quality so 4
By far, without a doubt, hands down the best sushi. Tom is absolutely incredible with bringing out the best flavors for all the different types of fish. He’s creative and his skills with texture and flavor are unsurpassed. His staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Must try! Réservez une table maintenant
THE BEST!!!. Ever wanted to go to a reelllyyyyyyy good suchi place, to bragg about, and its not evn reely expencive like ALL other laces. ITS DA BOMB!!!!!!! I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYBODY!! MY FAVORITE!!
