I am not one to complain or be picky but there were a few things that disappointed my husband and I about our stay here. For one, it is advertised that this hotel is 17 minutes from the Heathrow Airport. In reality, it is a 20 minute tram ride from the airport, and then 20 minutes of walking to the hotel, making the journey ~45 minutes. Another disappointment was the shower I don’t know what was going on with ours but one minute it would be scalding hot and the next, freezing cold, without us touching anything. Unfortunately, my stay at Boston Manor Hotel was extremely disappointing. I stayed at the hotel from December 3 to December 6, 2025. Throughout the entire three-day stay, there was no hot water in my room. I reported this issue to the reception multiple times, and each time I was assured it would be fixed shortly. However, the problem was never resolved. As a result, I was unable to take a shower for the duration of my stay. I requested a room change, but this was refused, with staff stating that the hotel was fully booked. I had a wonderful stay at the Boston Manor Hotel! The hotel itself is comfortable, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to relax. A special mention must go to their restaurant, Epic Spice , the food was absolutely delicious, with vibrant flavors and impeccable service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel truly special. The Hotel is so economical and as their business card states Sleep well for less I must say I did sleep well for less . I can’t recommend Boston Manor Hotel and Epic Spice highly enough!
The staff couldn't find our booking even though it was paid for prior to our arrival, and the room had 2 single beds instead of what was advertised (double bed). They did upgrade is to a deluxe room, but this room also seemed the same as the standard rooms. The staff were not friendly or helpful, takes too long to bring suitcases upstairs and staff do not offer to help. The breakfast was so awful that I didn't finish eating. The shower didn't work properly and was leaking.

We found it by chance while traveling from Turkey. It's a very clean hotel. The staff Prabhu and Manı are very helpful and friendly. I will stay at this hotel again when I come to London. Getting around is very easy by bus. We came to the hotel from Victoria with just one bus ride.
Small but very convenient hotel, close to Boston Manor Road tube station on Piccadilly Line. Close to all amenities, good English Breakfast, lots of fresh fruits, free secure parking and a very helpful Mr. Hrishna managing the 24 hour reception. Thumbs up, both of them.
Hotel certainly met our needs. Great parking, access to public transport just a few yards away. Breakfast very good. Anyone travelling into London from the west and who doesn't want to drive any further into the city, relying on public transport from here is not to bad.
About two years ago we stayed in this hotel for one night and the room was so cold and was disgusting and there was a smell and in the morning the breakfast was awful toste was breant and screameld egg tastes wasn't that good . Overall it wasn't worth

Maze! Room was booked under double bed but in reality it was two single beds. Uncomfortable with a crack down the middle of the bed.
They are serving expired yogurts and the rooms are really irrelevant from the pictures. I wish I could give them 0 stay away
