Boston Market - Réserver une table

Disappointing. It has been years since I last had Boston Market, so I drove 35 minutes to get here. Unfortunately, they did not have either of the two items I came for (pot pie or chicken with gravy), do not accept cash, and half of the soda machines were not working. The staff was friendly, but it appears that this location may be on the brink of closure. Additionally, the prices were quite high, and I was the only customer in the restaurant during my visit. However, I must admit that the food was good even though it was not what I originally wanted.

I was extremely disappointed after dining at this restaurant with a friend. The food was excessive, to say the least. My carver sandwich had too much sauce, the kartoffeln were undercooked and lacking in flavor, and the service was incredibly slow. I commend the employees who were clearly struggling with limited staff, but their frustration was apparent and unprofessional. Additionally, the men's restroom was surprisingly dirty, with a urinal that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Management really needs to get their act together.

The food used to be good 20 years ago, but due to bad management and competition from supermarkets, corners were cut. The quality as well as their footprint has gone downhill big time. There is no hope for this brand. I believe operating as a ghostkitchen keeps them on life support, but it's only a matter of time before that concept puts a nail in their coffin. As anex-employee at the beginning of their decline in the late 90's early 2000's, I could not believe how expensive this place is.It's just not worth the money.

It was a fantastic restaurant before they started to have inventory issues. The last time I went there, they only had chicken and maybe 5 sides. They didn't even have any coke products. The previous time i visited they only had meatloaf and corn. I willonly return if they have a reliable menu again. On the positive side, at least the workers are friendly.

This restaurant is terrible. The service is poor and extremely slow. The staff ignores the guests, the food is bland and overcooked. There are many items on the menu that are disappointing. Additionally, the restaurant is dirty.
