The decline of this once-excellent chicken restaurant is disheartening. Two-thirds of the menu options are missing, leaving empty spaces where delightful dishes used to be. The manager is overly assertive, and the atmosphere is quite bleak, with all the staff looking overwhelmed and dispirited.
I chose the family meal, which was supposed to feed our group, but I was shocked to find it only half the size compared to what we expected for the price. While the chicken remained juicy, it lacked the aromatic flavor I had hoped for. The sides—spinach, corn, broccoli, potatoes, rice pilaf, macaroni and cheese, and some sort of broth—were all a confusing mix.

the service is bad, we have a voucher in the post for 3.60 to the 36th birthday of the Boston market for the huh, we come into the load at 11:16 clock open them at 11 o'clock. the type with Indian accents said he refused to take any good license now for no employee help him. even if the voucher has not expired. he said I don't take a good note. he is extremely rude, not a person. very poor service. will never order or eat again in this boston market. this position in bel air goes down the hill. I'm so sad about it because it used to be a nice friendly place. whoever is the new management that treats this place is not good.
I'm the girls basketball Assistant coach at MORGAN STATE University. I placed a very large order for the team for Thanksgiving: no order was delivered, I called several times inquiring about the order; when I did speak with someone; it was they could not locate the driver or no one answered the phone. I need answers, I need the entire 495.00 refund. the team had to go eat inside the college on this day away from family. Thanks BOSTON MARKET for letting down MORGAN STATE GIRLS BASKETBALL TEAM .
Dirty dining room. The manager didn't wash his hands, after returning from smoking in his car. We ordered 135 worth of food for Christmas Eve, and we were given a lot of unnecessary hassle by the same manager. In short, he wanted to rush us into purchasing catering items that we didn't want or need.Notwithstanding, they're the only Boston Market in town, so we'll probably reluctantly visit them again if people in our party insist on having Boston Market .

Ordered online, got there, waited in drive thru for 15 minutes, when it's my turn cashier literally threw the bag to me, I asked him for my drinks, he said I didn't order any, but I had. He asks for the bag back, walks away, returns and tells me, they are sold out of both items that I ordered, do I want something else, I said, no, just refund my money, 30 minutes wasted and didn't get any food, hope the refund comes through though
I spent $50 on a meal for my family after a long day, and wow, I don’t remember Boston Market being like this. It was the worst food I’ve had in years, maybe ever. I ended up throwing everything in the trash. Everything was clearly overcooked or had been sitting in a steam table for too long. I just hope we don’t get sick from what we ate. I'm so disappointed.
I was somewhat disappointed with my experience. The staff wasn't very friendly and mostly stayed behind the counter rather than attending to the tables. It felt like they were more interested in chatting with each other than in doing their jobs. None of the tables were cleaned; there was debris and sticky spots on them. However, the food was quite good.
The Thanksgiving service here is a complete wreck. Nobody knows what they're doing. I'm literally sitting here waiting on my food so far I've waited 25 minutes and still waiting . Did you hire everyone yesterday? Everyone at this store location has been waiting for a a long time, not one dinner has been served. People are angry. This is embarrassing

People who work here don't know what they're doing. Called the older woman in front of us handicapped and told her she should have stayed in her car, ignored everyone in line, food looked like it had been sitting there for hours, and the floor was sticky! Absolutely disgusting!
Sat in drive through for 37 minutes…mind you once you are in line, you can’t get out until you pull up to the window. Wild.
