Hi, so I ordered food from an establishment called Rotisserie Roast today. I ordered without anyreservations bc the pics looked good and it was pretty cheap .However, when the order was completed, it was actually a ghost kitchen opetlrating out of Boston Market.While I don't harbor any resentment against B, had I known it was going to be of that caliber I would have chosen elsewhere. On Doordash, for $11 dollars, I can order a rotisseries chicken bowl with two sides: macaroni and cheese mashed potatoes. I also opted for like a garlic side sauce. Well. It was terrible. The chicken was so slimy and gamey that I had to stop after a few bites. The mac and cheese was so salty the noodles were ext...
So for the good part: The staff was very nice. There were only 2 employees working and they were great. I haven't been there for a bit, because it seems to be closed whenever I drive by, but the food is still good. The bad: I had water dripping on me while I was ordering from the ceiling. There were a few spots in the ceiling that were dripping..this location definitely needs some work. The menu seems to have been upgraded, and is missing quite a few things. I stopped in one day last year for the prime rib, and they didn't have it..now it seems to be completely gone along with the turkey as an option. Pretty much just all chicken options, or the side sampler is available.
Save your money! My family and I stopped at this location to grab some lunch. I understand they are under staffed like everywhere else right now, but the two employees that were working have no sense of urgency. I tried to order 4 different items on their menu that I was told was not available. The employee actually laughed every time he had to tell me that item wasn't available. After a long wait for our food, the employee placed our food on TWO DIRTY food trays. The whole stack of trays that were being used to serve food were clearly dirty. Most of our food was cold and disgusting. We ended up throwing most of it away. Trust me when I say this......avoid this location.
Today, my employer arranged catering for the entire staff, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The protein was dry and lacked flavor, the vegetables were mushy, and the mac and cheese was more like soup than a dish. The only redeeming part of the meal was the dessert, which I suspect wasn't made at the restaurant—it's the only reason it was actually decent. I wouldn't recommend eating here; instead, head to the Vons in this shopping center and pick up a rotisserie chicken and some sides. You'll enjoy it a hundred times more. It's a shame to see Boston Market declining because they used to offer such great meals.

We placed a sizable order weeks in advance for our event, but when the time came to receive our food, they never showed up and didn't respond to our calls. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our order and ended up having to order some random food through Postmates, since we couldn't get our turkey.
I can’t make any comment on food or service because it was closed when I got there a little after 830. It was posted on Google maps to be 9 o’clock and on the door to be 10 o’clock. Far as I know they may close even before 8 o’clock but that’s what I have submitted the closing time to be.
This restaurant seems to be on its way out. The staff are very friendly, but there's no need to call ahead since they won't start preparing your meal until you arrive. However, if you insist on eating here, they can accommodate you. Unfortunately, I think this place has run its course!

Boston market what happened? Food luke warm, pot pie poorly seasoned, corn bread cold, sides poorly seasoned. You have a A’s with your chicken but one hero alone won’t cut it.Parking: Definitely needs more lightning inside out restaurant
The food was great however the place is extremely dirty. The dining area has been overtaken by boxes of supplies. Disappointing this place use to be top notch.
