I went inside and placed my order, waiting for the potatoes to be freshly replaced, but I was in a bit of a hurry and didn't get a chance to grab them. The following day, I called the restaurant, and Jocelyn answered. She was so happy to hear from me and said, "Yes! I remember you! You were here looking for your car, but you had just left." She apologized for not being able to assist me properly and was eager to make it right. I’ve visited this location many times and love the staff. And the food? Absolutely delicious!

I ordered the New Year dinner for 10 nuns and each of us could choose our own combination. Dinner wasn't family style. Justine and the other young woman made a fantastic task to present the food properly and professionally. I ordered a pick-up at 2:00. Everything was arranged in a large box so that nothing would be spilled or knocked on its side. Easy to carry from car to our table. And... all have exactly what she ordered. Kudos zum Park Ridge Boston Market!!!
I hadn't had Boston Market since 2017, since the one nearest to my house closed down. Honestly, I really forgot how good it is. Boston Market is really unique in the sense that it's fast food in a way, yet offers a home style meal. The staff at this location were really nice and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and presentable. The food was amazing. I wish to see Boston Market open more locations. Until then, I will be back at this store more often.
Smith and Wollensky at the Castle, Boston, Ma is always a wonderful experience! I have never been disappointed! Amy and Sherryl were our servers, and not only were they friendly and welcoming, but did a superb job! The food is always delicious and served in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Smith and Wollensky along with Amy and Sherryl to anyone.

The staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious. Stella especially enjoyed the pancakes, which were served with generous pieces of gravy—absolutely delightful! The only vegetable from the mixed selection that Daniel would eat was broccoli, so he opted for that. Overall, a great experience!
We go to Boston Market frequently. The food is always great. They help me get my pick of low sodium food. My husband had heart failure last year so he has to try to eat better. Boston Market is the place is go when nothing else sounds good to him. And the food is quick and really good
Never seen anything like this before. I ordered a Two meat family meal. My order took 2 hours to be prepared. I had 3 items missing with no replacements. The staff looked like they were being tortured while working it was honestly hard to look at. I do not recommend this place.
Boston market is so underrated, unlike other restaurants in this price range, everything tastes like a home cooked meal. The Ribs and are amazing as well as all the new desserts. The staff are all really nice as well.

OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS!!!! I believe her name was Alyssa, she was just darling, super helpful and an amazing worker! Whatever they are paying her is not enough for how much positive energy she brings into there!
The restaurant is never overly crowded, and the staff is consistently friendly and attentive.
