I ordered a side of corn and a fountain drink and both were missing from the order. When I called the restaurant, the employee didn?t even apologize and hung up the phone on me. I worked in food service and understand that mistakes happen, but rudeness iscompletely uncalled for. Not only did they miss items in the order, but treated me with disrespect and the soup was packagedpoorly and leaked in the bag. I will be going to other locations in the future.
Great workers , but who?s in charge .. 1) the drive thru isn?t working for a few months .. 2) they never have turkey for a few months ,, 3) the iced tea fountain has all the flavors mixed up for a few months .. Like I understand if it?s once or twice butmonths? come on really .. This is supposed to be Boston Market
They gave me Country Fried chicken that was like a rock. The corn was cold. I paid extra for spinach which was good. Mac cheese was good also I bought the chocolate cake which was good Never again would I go or recommend this Bos Boston Market onMetropolitan Ave in Ridgewood QUEENS. at 5pm
Always love Boston market instead of buying fast food. First time in this location and glad we stopped by to pick up some food ribs, chicken is great, same thing to cream spinach, Mac cheese very salty, bread corn is okay tasted better some other branch). Réservez une table maintenant
Horrible. Food used to be great and fresh here. Went to get thanksgiving turkey. Old disgusting turkey and chicken. Sides were not as bad but there were only 4 choices. What has happened to Boston market?! I guess profit over quality.
Amazing staff! They skillfully manage the challenge of serving walk-in customers while also fulfilling app orders with great courtesy. The family meals are consistently delicious and offer excellent value. Well done, team!
First time ordering from this location and i def enjoyed my meal. First time having their spinach and I wasn’t a fan but everything else was great. The only downside was their drive thru not being available at the moment.
