Boston Pizza is usually pretty consistent in terms of service and food quality, but this location in Prince George falls well below the bar.We've tried to order pizza for either delivery or take out several times from this location. The pizza has been made incorrectly about 90% of the times we have ordered. Most recently, I ordered take out pizza, picked it up at the restaurant. As I was waiting, I asked the employee to confirm the pizza would be correct and what the order was. She assured me it was correct. I should have looked at it myself. We've eaten at BP in other cities and been pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. As this Restaurant was my grandchildren's choice I went along with it. I was disappointed in my chicken pecan salad. Rather dry and tasteless with little attention to presentation. The children's meals off the children's menu offered very small portions necessitating a repeat order for one of the children.The coffee tasted " sweet." Just not to my liking. The service was excellent and the server very friendly and pleasant. I don't frequent this restaurant so wonder if quality has been an issue. I won't be eager to return.
I loved BP lasagna, have loved for years...never ever again will I pay for the yuk they gave me. Supper hour - I ordered full order, she brought 2 half orders as they were out of the full, each contained a few almost cooked noodles, maybe 2 tablespoon of meat sauce and almost unmeasurable cheese. When I complained she offered to re do? I said no time so she brought a 1/4 cup meat sauce. What happened to the awesome layer lasagna? Prices climb, quality goes in the toilet! Husband hand a burger, not much better!
My GF and I had a great dinner here. One of the best BP experiences we ever had. Very cleam resturant. Food was great. Service was great. Nothing was wrong with it. I think the photo for this location is in poor taste though. How many people has it driven away? Its in poor tast of Trip Advisor and degrades thr company and the staff. So I hope that a site staff member works here and switches it with the street level view photo I provided. I wish I had took more photos. And no I don't and never have worked here. Friends and i were up for a girls night. The food as always was great. The service not so much so. I waitress came to the table twice. once to take out order once when time to pay. The girls that brought our food out was much more freindly and cheery. And another who asked how things were ontheir way by did a better job. As we waited to be sat were over herd a comment from whom we believed to be the manager to the staff at the front entrance. It should not have been said in front of customers.
Stayed in PG for two nights - went to BP on Vance on our first night. the food and service were good enough that we came back the next night.Typical BP fare - the service was great though. we even ended up with the same waitress from the night before - she remembered our orders to a tee, remembered our billing preferences from day 1 to day 2. on the ball!
I've stopped by pizza here after work . The menu promised me something really nice quality , when I've got it it is only 4 from 10. Pizza reminds supermarket pizza from Costco: cheap ingredients, small amount of topping , tasteless base. Pizza does not worth this money . But the service is amazing and the atmosphere of restaurant is very comfortable .
