What to say staff is friendly but there is no organization. My waitress chewed out the kitchen staff for giving our food to another table so they rushed our food and my pasta came out hot with frozen meatballs. The appetizer came out after the food lol Perfect ? . Im a calm guy but man 1 hour to make cauliflower warm and put Buffalo sauce common guys. You can do better I know it but there needs to be a better system. Needless to say my four year old got his pizza and I watched my whole family eat and I ate nothing. 100 stars. that was the best experience I ever had at a boston pizza franchise. I’ve been eating at Boston Pizza for years! Recently when passing through Bradford while on route to London, my family and I stopped in for a bite. Usually, Boston Pizza meets my expectations, but man… this particular location went ABOVE AND BEYOND in every capacity! I was so excited to try this place. it was a birthday dinner. Too bad I was so underwhelmed and disappointed. the service was ok. that was in order. it was only lacking taste and overall restaurant ambiente. it felt bright and cheap. instead of warm and welcoming. there was no singing of happy birthday just a brownie laid on the table. my children were appalled. it was more necessary. the place was empty because of weather, so without excuse. Service was horrible. Ordered nachos for an appetizer. Our meal came first after a lengthy wait. Asked to have app after dinner. No compensation for the error. Four kids at table under 7. Waitress left us for a long time. As the kids restless waited to put their order in for dessert. Aside from the terrible service food is of poor quality. Second time going to BP always disappointed. Refuse to go again.
we had the most delicious Caesar salad we had for a long time. we had a pasta dish and a beef dip and it was delicious. the service was impeccable. I gave the waitress a 20% drink money she actually deserved, but we are seniors, so 20% are good. this boston pizza in bradford was the cleanest I saw.
