Absolutely worst Boston pizza I've been to. Attended a lunch gathering with work, a friend and I both ordered the Kickin Memphis chicken sandwich. The chicken in our sandwiches was cold, frozen in the centre still. After complaining to the waitress she had the kitchen make us new Sandwiches, the new sandwiches were cooked, however I noticed after I was mid way into the sandwich that it was very rubbery, I could no longer pull the chicken apart with my teeth,I assumed that they microwaved the chicken. boston pizza is a good place to dinate. but today they let me down. I ordered an entire ribbed carrier that arrived after some delay. instead of a full rack that is usually ripening 11 or 12, I have 9 (that is not even a scam rack) it gets worse. the waitress took the information to the manager who gave me very kindly 25% discount on the meal. after a dessert I asked the bill. you guessed. no 25%. bp, you let me down. as I said, boston pizza is a good place to dinen. when I knew I would. kayla was the server. she ensured that this was a great experience. pretty, efficient and a very pleasant person to speak. what a wonderful meal she assured me. she even took a few minutes to see a video of...
We went out for dinner tonight and were excited to experience a night out for the first time in a while. We were not disappointed at all. Our server, Sylvie (or Sylvia, apologies for forgetting), provided us with excellent customer service. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and attentive, even during the busy St. Patrick's Day dinner rush. We had the terrace to ourselves, which was open and absolutely beautiful. I ordered a shrimp appetizer and a full rack of ribs at this restaurant. The shrimp was served on soggy and old lettuce, with a spoiled taste hidden by the cajun seasoning. The ribs were served cold, and after returning them to be reheated, they tasted overboiled and lacked seasoning. They were the worst ribs I have ever had. To make matters worse, the server brought us the bill halfway through our meal, despite only politely asking to heat up the ribs. I was not given the chance to order dessert as I was already cashed out before finishing my meal. Overall, I would rate this experience 1 out of 5 and would strongly advise against dining here.
I ordered wings for myself and spaghetti and meatballs for my 4-year-old. Unfortunately, my double order of wings appeared undercooked, so I was not impressed and didn't finish them. I sat on the patio closest to the entrance and kept getting hit by the swinging door by servers throughout my stay. However, the kids menu was excellent with generous portions. My server provided excellent service, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic.
on valentinstag ins restaurant. our waitress was very nice and the service was fast. our food came out quickly, and the meals were very good. we are great fans of the garnelen tacos, and usually come every Tuesday for pasta Tuesday. the owner came to check our table after our meal to ask about the service and make sure that the food was good. Very God experience, we will come after the week further here wee.
Went to BPs on June 22 2022. Ordered the grilled chicken dill power bowl. After eating half the chicken, noticed the texture was off. After further inspection, realized it was not fully cooked! Waitress was very apologetic, took pictures and sent to the owners, and spoke to the kitchen. I gave my name and number but no one ever contacted me. Was feeling sick for a couple of days. Disappointed!
Ordered a bug kids bugs and cheese (much bigger than this portion) and did not receive the correct size for the order. We tried to a get another one delivered for the little one and they refused to do so. Terrible customer service and overcharged for a size smaller than what we paid for the big kids bugs and cheese. Absolutely terrible for kids.
I recently brought a group of 26 people to this restaurant and was a bit apprehensive due to a previous bad experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and excellent service. The staff was fast, efficient, and accommodating, exceeding our expectations. A big thank you to Boston Pizza, we will definitely be returning!
