We had reservations for 5:30 for 15 people. It took an hour and a half to get our food, and my daughter didn't get hers at all. Complained to the manager, he went to the kitchen and never came back with an update. It took another half hour to get our bills. Some were right, others weren't. On our way out, complained again and got her order, but it wasn't all right, plus a g/c. I'm hoping it can be used at another Boston Pizza because I don't think we will make the 1 hour drive to come back. The waitress did her best, and I think she was new and had no help.
came in about 10:30 for a late night bite and was greeted by a gentlemen by the name i believe is Scott. Our app was amazing and the way that the gentlemen handled our situation was perfect. we got our dinners to go as it was getting late but the time we spent in the establishment was above our expectations. thank you to i believe your name is Scott!
