The service was very slow, I had to wait 20 mins for my refill. My order was messed up numerous times. First mistake: I ordered the mac cheese, I had even pointed to it on the menu when placing my order to make sure the vegetarian version was being ordered; but spinach dip was brought out; someone other than our server had brought out the food and when that employee confronted our server of the error; our server came out and asked me what I had orginally ordered. After waiting another 15 minutes my correct item was brought out but now the second mistake was no garlic bread was brought with my pasta. Again after waiting a little bit this was fixed. This is a great restaurant! The food my family and I received was amazing and quick to come out. The service was amazing with the food coming out in an outstanding 10-13 mins after we ordered it. The waitress was very friendly and chatty. The atmosphere was nice and friendly. Out of all the Boston pizza locations I have visited in my life time, this one has to be the best of em all!Vegetarian options: There are lots of vegetarian options to feast upon. Jade; Waitress Hostess Acting Supervisor Manager. Her whole crew was amazing tonight. I think some bar staff even helped with dinner rush too. Everyone in Sylvan wanted BPs on a Pasta Tuesday all at once.Jade supported all of her crew, and saw to customers at the same time. Just so personable and did just as much delegating as she did directly supporting staff. Food was of course excellent. What leadership by way of example. : )Malcz

Been coming here for 15 years and it seems all of a sudden the service has gone to the wayside. Will sit you where they want, despite the table you want being open.

Literally the worst take out lasagna I’ve ever had…maybe a teaspoon of meat sauce, one slice of mozzarella cheese on 1/2, overcooked noodles…avoid this place!!
