My wife and I decided one afternoon to eat at this Boston Pizza and boy, did we make a BIG mistake. When we walked inside, it was obvious that some sort of kids birthday party was taking place in the restaurant section, so we asked to be seated in the bar area. We got our drinks and then noticed a bunch of kids spilling out from a room they have in the back for parties. All of a sudden, these kids start jumping up and down in the booth next to ours. Bad. Had to give a star in order to review.I noticed immediately that the manager was wearing open toes sandals. Gross.The pop was flavorless and without the proper amount of syrup, and when we pointed it out, the server was aware of te issue- yet they served it to us knowing it was sub par. The apps all over priced and seemed reheated. I ordered a French onion soup and it was not hot, the waitress argued it was because I had let it sit. This place needs to shut down. I did laugh at the bill, tell us how we did . No thanks I might win the 200 dollar Boston Pizza gift card. ? No thanks.
I had lunch today at Boston Pizza in Oakville and chose to sit in the dining room. I ordered the Broken Lasagna, omitting onions and parmesan. I've enjoyed this dish several times in the past but hadn’t had it for a while. It was really delicious—hot and freshly prepared, and it was packed with sausage. I couldn't help but notice that they seemed to be short-staffed, as there were only a couple of servers, which meant the service could have been better and more attentive.
I always come here for nachos after the movies and had dinner here few times and I don't feel like anything to complain. We had the BP fully loaded nachos and it was a blessing to have the nacho option for two. This deserves a 5 star when the waitress offers to add chicken (extra points for offering spicy chicken) into our nachos and the topping is fairly evenly spread throughout the nacho (not a lot of bland chips at the bottom) Réservez une table maintenant
We hosted our Meetup at this restaurant and were incredibly impressed with both the service and the food. The VIP room was perfect for our needs, and the staff were extremely flexible in arranging everything to suit us. I ordered Nachos at 4:30 PM for pickup at 6:00 PM. The Nachos were cold and the chips were not crisp more like soggy which tells me that the order had been sitting for quite a while. I suspect that it was made for pickup at 4:30 PM and not 6:00 PM. Very disappointed as we have eaten Nachos in the restaurant in the past and they have been excellent.
