Boston Pizza - Réservation de table

Food was good. Order from the kitchen was kind of wrong. Waitress was very nice. Also ordered cheesecake for dessert to go. There was no topping on it. I called the restaurant, the boy answered 'Hello ' I said 'Hello, is this Boston Pizza? ' He replied 'Yes '. (You might want to answer your phones with your Restaurant name) He put me on hold, came back and said 'There isn 't a Manager avaliable so I 'll have to take your Name and Number. Told him nevermind. I will not be going back. Someone reached out to me from Boston Pizza and when I asked them to call me, I heard nothing more. I 'm NOT surprised

I have met with rude service the last three visits which indicates to me it is a company culture issue since it has been different people each time. It is a very convenient rest stop for us when we travel North but they continually seem overwhelmed and understaffed. I have all the patience for that when met with transparency and kindness but acting like I am inconveniencing their business with my patronage has guaranteed I won’t be back.

Portion size for chicken thai bites was brutal.Paid $17 for a small chicken breast cut into thin overcooked slices. 6 small thin) Supposed to feed 2 people.Salad was really wetKids meal was decent. Réservez une table maintenant
