I expected a lively place, but when we were there only a few tables occupied. we could choose our table and insist on one, but the waiter seemed somewhat unhappy about our choice. We ordered water that didn't come back. He came back to ask for our orders, but we wanted our water first. Once we got it, we were ready to order.
