A loyal customer for several years, every year I go to Ange and I am entitled to a pie as indicated in the loyalty program. I just moved to Chambly and this first year the manager did not want to honor the loyalty program. She didn't want to give us an apple pie that she had on the counter. She gave away tartlets (already asking for ID which I was never asked for) her response was that she preferred to sell a whole tart to other customers rather than giving one to customers faithful. She added that she doesn't care what the website says. So customer service at Chambly level is catastrophic and unappreciative of loyal customers. So don't expect a pie for your birthday as indicated on the site...
As soon as you enter you have to choose because you are asked directly, if you don't yet know what you want it's boring. This is due to the fact that there are 3 or 4 people managing orders at the same time because of the crowd but it's not very well organized which is a shame because everyone is nice too.
