expérience mixte pendant notre passage du dimanche. Nous avons emménagé à l'intérieur pour manger avec nos beaux parents et nos enfants....50 minutes pour être servis? J'ai demandé si nous pouvions avoir plus de toasts avec une des assiettes, mais ce n'était pas possible parce que le toast est juste avec un tel plat sur le menu. Nos repas étaient excellents mais ce n'est pas pour les jeunes enfants. (et aucun hébergement n'aurait l'air d'y penser. Donc si vous allez avec des enfants, sortez d'ici pour les laisser courir et s'amuser en attendant vos plats et votre café. C'est ce que nous ferons la prochaine fois.
I can't even express how much I love this restaurant! The bread has a crunchy crust on the outside and is soft and chewy on the inside. We tried several types and each one was amazing. I live in Montreal and no other place compares to the bread I had at Merci La Vie! We also enjoyed a delicious peach lemonade (with a hint of rosemary) and the Korean grilled pork banh mi was fantastic. It may be more expensive than other places I've been to, but they use the highest quality ingredients and I truly believe it's worth every penny. The bread is made with love. I will go to Merci La Vie any chance I get!
despite very good food; the service was terrible and extremely unaccommodating. I came with my pregnant woman who could not eat anything on the menu and they refused to make any changes, including removing prosciutto from a sandwich. then we asked for a simple baguette and butter for them, and they said they can not serve us butter (in a bakery) because they do not use the menu. it is a thing to be strict and professional, but to be another thing, rude and unaccommodating.
I am a frequent visitor on Saturdays to this restaurant. The food is incredibly interesting, as they have a very creative approach to gastronomy. Their milk latte is fantastic, and in the summer they offer iced drinks. Last summer, they served incredible pizza. You won't regret trying this place - I bring all my friends here for the experience, the ambiance, and the peaceful atmosphere. Réservez une table maintenant

OMG!! My mouth was in heaven with the pastries I tried. Maple croissant, financiers, chocolatin and a blueberry thingy. Everything was delicious and honestly an incredible discovery. I will do a detour as much as I can. Please go and have your mind blown. Réservez une table maintenant
