This is a great place to celebrate any occasion, especially a birthday. The food was delicious and the drinks were great. The service was impeccable and they staff were attentive. Friday eveing they had live music which was great and added to the ambience. The only misstep in the evening was their complimentary dessert for the birthday occasion. I was embarssed by what was presented, which was a mini cone with a teaspoon of ice cream on top. Definitely not something that was shareable. I understand I was one of the last customers to arrive before closing time, they were all starting to clean up and wrapping up. They took a lifetime to get one counter seat ready for me, even though the prior clients had several minutes that they have left. I had to approach one of the runners to get him to clean my seat, not the very first impression you want to give to your clients. On the other hand, food was delicious, had the Delmonico Steak and fries, outstanding!! Ambiance is proper of a casual fine-dining restaurant.

I can not say enough about this place. Bourbon Steak NEVER disappoints. The food is outstanding, service phenomenal and amazing atmosphere. David, the sommelier, is so knowledgeable and made the perfect suggestions of wine for the food my wife and I ordered. Rebecca, our server, was so perfectly attentive and yet allowed us to enjoy our meal in peace without interruption. She has such a perfect personality for her job. I will be requesting her every time I come. You must visit this gem in the heart of Glendale.

My steak came out well done when I ordered it medium. The waiter looked shocked when I showed him the grey center. They fixed it, but I ate alone because it came out after my family had finished. I won't be coming back to a “steakhouse” that can't get the temp right on a $90 cut. Réservez une table maintenant

Always exceptional here. PJ is fantastic always tending to things on cue which is especially helpful when ya bring your 2 year old for dinner as we do. Oysters were excellent. Steak A+ Australian Wagyu and the Miso Shrimp is perfect every time.

Had an amazing time per usual. It was rather loud on this Wednesday night though we had to speak really loud to be heard by our friends. The bone marrow is an absolute HIT! As well as the oysters for starters!

The food is very good here and the service is great. My only criticism is that the seating is not very intimate. Otherwise, everything else is great- the food, cocktails, and service are A+.

My husband and I dined here for his birthday and it was a phenomenal experience from beginning to end. The tasting menu was delicious, and it was a great way to try different items. Réservez une table maintenant

I like coming here for a barrel -cut fillet mignon with fries and mashed potatoes, just delicious! Tried their salad and was just great ?Service is great but rather delayed.

Great menu and the steaks are some of the best I've ever had. A wonderful place to go with friends.
