Boustan - Réservation de table

I am sad to have to write this review but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had with Boustan. If I could put 0 stars I would. I placed an order on uber at 17:40 and was told it would arrive between 18:05 and 18:25 (keep in mind it's being delivered by the restaurant and not uber). I called the restaurant at 18:40 and was told the delivery guy was on his way. I ended up receiving the order at 19:20. The food was cold, smelled funny and was nowhere near fresh. I couldn't even eat half of my plate that's how bad it was. I usually love eating boustan and have no problems finishing a chicken shawarma plate but this was absolutely disgusting. Worst experience , Worst service and worst people working i think. , Ordered 4 chicken wraps by 08:00 pm and they send 2 chicken and other meat mix and 2 beef ones with knowing I ordered chicken, and someone might have allergy or other issues with beef. Wraps have no salad, No dipping just leftover meat i think. If they do not have material they can cancel the order not let someone wait for an hour and then receive food that they cant eat. Seriously not acceptable.

When we usually order from here, the portions and the meal itself is just amazing! Although, tonight wasn't as great as usual. We ordered an extra garlic sauce (for $2 extra) and it wasn’t included in the meal… neither was the pita bread to go with the shawarma plate. Also, the plate had a small portion on chicken and only 1/4 of the sauce area had garlic sauce. Very disappointed because its usually a lot better than this! Still love this place! THANK YOU LORD THAT I DID NOT GET FOOD POISONING. How did you even get the rights to run this franchise? The food inspection agency (MAPAQ) would have a field day at this store...... AVOID AT ALL COST. Very unhygienic, serving expired food kept at wrong temperatures. Following zero hygiene.

OMG I live this place. It’s my second kitchen. There at least once a week. Staff is great and respectful! Plus anyone who goes there look at the sign on the door. They even give out food for the homeless!! Beautiful keep up the good work guys!! Best food!

Do not order on Uber eats, the drivers can't read. I asked for them to call me because people always deliver to the wrong address. I received no call and never got my food. Had to cancel the order after 1h30.
