I come frequently to this store to buy my capsules and there is not much to share as picture while every Nespresso Boutique is perfectly designed and very well serves customers and that is what makes Nespresso a lifestyle, a minimal for daily life to feel alive and happy! From now on, I try to share my latest experience on capsule choices. The picture representa my favorite capsules normally I order them frequently! :
I really dont understand this companies philosophy. I wanted to buy some coffee and the clerk said I have to buy Master Origin. What?! SInce when does the clerk decides what I can order and what not. And then he said his manager told him so. I dont know what kind of managers nespresso hires but if I dont want to buy Master Origin, I simply dont. I also had to show my ID? ID for Coffee? Very Strange Boutique.
In general Nespresso is a very good brand and we have one of the machines at home. However, we had a very bad experience at this store (unfortunately is the one close to my house) since the guy who works there is very rude and makes the experience as bad as it could be.

L'accueil est désagréable. Le personnel est stressé et il y a un manque de personnel. La jeune fille à l'accueil semble gênée dès qu'on lui pose une question. C’est vraiment dommage quand on vient ici pour se faire plaisir.
I bought a milk heater she gave me the wrong color, I chose the black color and she gave me the white color in 23 sep at 10:45 AM 74.74 EUR.. Very bad store, I don't recommend it.
