Other than our server Abe, who tried hard to deal with long delays from the bar and kitchen, we had a poor experience. Drinks took very long even though the bar was empty and the restaurant not very full when we arrived and soda flared was flat. Took a long time to get our order in and food took an hour to arrive only to have to send my son's steak back twice. It was ordered medium well, came out medium rare, then out again medium, and then finally medium well when we were all done eating. The other food was mediocre at best and certainly not worthy of the prices. We were compelled to ask for the manager the 2nd time the steak went back. He made adjustments to the bill and did not charge for that steak but seemed indifferent and frustrated himself. The restaurant definitely needs food runners and busboys and the use of trays to deliver drinks and food would also make a huge difference in the absence of runners.the restaurant was highly recommended to us for a special dinner with our son, a steak lover.
