Utterly disgraceful treatment from BP Ashby Road Loughborough. At a time when the country is crying out for HGV drivers and the reason we are in this mess, you closed the HGV pumps and turned me away whilst you prioritised other road users to the fuel. The diesel pumps were flowing as other road users were using them and you forecourt was big enough to take my truck. It was just that we were not welcomed. Next time you turn a HGV driver away in this current climate, just think to yourself why and how you are in business. Shame on you!!!

No hight marker for hgv pumps asked a member of staff if they knew the hight and they didn't know so how is anyone in a high vehicle going to know definitely wouldn't get a decker under it I got a 14'6 (4.44 meters under with not a lot of room please get this marked up as one day someone will hit it and with no hight marker the garage own will be responsible reported to member of staff

No LPG here anymore, though hardly a surprise given its operated by Motor Fuel Group who seem to think 89.9 is a reasonable price for the same fuel available elsewhere at 52.7! You'd think with their extortonate prices that they would be able to keep the toilets working at site, but MFG seem to think thats an unnecessary expense as well. Best go elsewhere.

We stopped by to refill our Adblue for our 3.7-ton motorhome but were turned away. The garage claimed it was only for HGVs! What a disappointment. Additionally, I should mention that this garage no longer offers LPG at the pumps, so I don't want other motorhome owners to make a special trip here. Fortunately, it’s close to home, but I won’t be returning! Réservez une table maintenant

The restrooms were lacking essential supplies: there was no toilet paper, no soap, and no water. These facilities had already been checked three times today, yet the issues persisted. It's evident there is a staff shortage.

I had to wait here for 30 minutes while picking up my wife. I enjoyed a sandwich and sat on a bench with my dog, taking in the sights and sounds around me.

Run by dirty freshys take ages with anythink I'd strangle and bin the lot
