I went to my local B P garage this morning and it was very busy. 96% of the staff are wonderful, happy, and professional. The three ladies working today were very busy but still managed to provide customers with a smile and apologize for the state of the toilets. I'm sure the renovation and addition of toilets were a bonus for the company, but is this justified when the frontline staff have to deal with customer complaints? There should be a designated person employed to maintain hygiene standards, fill the coffee machines, and handle the state of the outside bins. There were a couple of small furry things running around as well. Pulling out of the garage onto the slip road is seriously dang...
It is frustrating that this restaurant has stopped selling LPG and replaced it with charging stations. There are already too few charging stations available and LPG has a lower carbon footprint than gasoline and diesel. It would be beneficial to have a balance of both options available.
Could not get the Lpg nozzle to latch on to my car, Lovely lady came out to help me and between us we managed it, brilliant service. And a super clean and welcoming garage with two lovely Ladies working there. 100% recommended. I always stop there now.
Feel very let down shop shuts at 11pm claims be 24 hours .but they are willing to sell tobacco cancer causing Product and only fuel Should really look into this as you will lose Customers.. On the plus side Day Services are very good.

This place is a joke and they use false advertising they claim to be open 24 hrs a day and yet doors are locked between 11pm and 5am only serving fuel absolute joke they need to get there act together
Disappointed to drive all the way to the garage only to have no mention that the doors are locked at 11 for such a new well put together shop very annoying
This restaurant has a Greggs inside as well as a well-stocked grocery shop. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The restaurant has excellent amenities and the pastries are delicious. I give it a 5 out of 5 rating.
