The station manager at BP was incredibly kind; she allowed us to fuel up and buy water and chips. Her updates about the situation were invaluable and helped us make the right decision to turn back and take the Gympie-Howard-Hervey Bay route. Thanks to her assistance, we were able to get home before midnight. We are truly grateful for her kindness and humanitarian spirit. Without her help, we could have ended up stranded on the road. Malena needs to improve her attitude. The service was appalling, and I won’t be coming back. Having worked at a BP service station, I understand the standards expected in customer service, and she clearly doesn't meet them. I only learned her name because I had to ask; she wasn’t wearing a name badge.
Once again, the staff at BP service stations have shown a lack of observation and courtesy. When I enter your station with my visibly marked assistance dog, I find it unacceptable that your rude employees confront me with angry expressions, insisting that dogs aren't allowed.

I found rude customer service from a man working there… Didnot even let the customer tell what they want .. Need to learn better service.
The staff is friendly, and there are great promotions. While it may not have the cheapest fuel, the convenience makes it worthwhile.

"It must be poor etiquette to start a review with "I frikkin love this place", but I do! We all know the food isn't the best , but it's deep fried, oily goodness makes you come back for more. The overly heavy Cesar salad, the huge steaks, thick sauces, the bloomin onion. If all that isn't enough, you can get pints of beer. I'll be back, again, and again. Like I said the foods not the best, but let's be honest it's not the worst either, and where else can you get a bloomin onion ."
