Every time I visit this gas station, I find myself waiting to pay for fuel while one attendant is busy making coffee or preparing food for other customers. There are two registers at this location—why not have both of them open so that people can refuel more quickly? It's frustrating because that's not what you expect when you go to a place called "On the Run"!
Every time I visit this petrol station, I find myself waiting to pay for fuel while one staff member is busy making coffees or preparing food for other customers. There are two counters at the Clare OTR, so why not have both open at all times to keep the fuel customers moving? After all, isn’t that why you’re called ON THE RUN?
The staff are always friendly, regardless of who is working. Just be patient with them, as the restaurant can get quite busy at times.
Hmmm not sure which BP I am being asked about. However any that I have been to in the last couple of weeks have been fine Réservez une table maintenant
The No. 4 pump at the Wallaroo BP wasn't functioning properly. I hope the BP team addresses the issue soon!
