Upon arrival, we were informed that our reservation was not on their books. After ordering a bottle of wine, we were informed that they were out of stock. However, a bottle of the requested wine eventually arrived 10 minutes later. Our appetizers took nearly an hour to arrive after multiple complaints, and when they did, they were not hot. The main course took almost 2 hours to arrive, and despite multiple complaints, the only silver lining was that it was served hot. Unfortunately, the rice was dried out. when we were there, they said we didn't book. we ordered a bottle of wine, half an hour later they came back and said they ran out of the wine, 10 minutes after the waitress returned with a bottle of wine. the ordered appetizers took almost 1 hour to complain to us after 3 times, once arrived they were not hot. the main course lasted almost 2 hours to come back, had to complain several times, to the luck was hot, although the tip of my rice was clear dried out. we were next to teenagers (some kind of summer school) very loud and around like teenagers. Nevertheless, the restaurant should have put them in a functional room and not beside fully paying customers, I do not blame the youth at all....
I was shown to my table very quickly and given a choice of seats. I asked for the early bird offer that I had seen on the TV in the room, the gentleman serving said he would come back to me. Some of the team seemed to be searching in the cupboards for the menu, however he came back after 3-4 mins and explained what it was. My drinks order was brought over quickly and I asked to order, this was repeated to me and was cooked quickly. The standard of food was very good, except for the peppercorn sauce which tasted ok but was very runny.
the main menu was mainly curries, burgers, salads or pizzas and what we had was well cooked and presented and tasted good. the desert menu was very disappointing – a chocolate pudding, ice cream and sorbets or cheese. the cheese plate had not listed everything in the menu. our waitresses we love, they were very busy and as result service was slow, but they were happy and efficient.

Nice surroundings. Contemporary feel. Front of house team friendly. Service a bit slow. Food nicely presented. Tasted good. Expensive for what you get. Wouldn’t have expected chips to be (or appear to be) frozen. Brunch on Saturday a completely different affair. Perfect!
Lovely post graduation meal. Service was excellent very friendly staff and all congratulated me for graduating. Food was excellent and the 3 course for £25 was great for a celebratory meal. Delicious salmon starter and pannacotta for dessert.
My steak was not bad but my wife's burger was awful. Salty, thin and burnt. Would not go back but as a meal in a moderate hotel, you could not complain, just would not go back.
eating was excellent, but the service is a big let down staff are extremely slow, which is a scandal, like any dish we had beautiful, although we waited for too long

Lovely food, good portion sizes, a nice ambience with friendly service, despite being short staffed. Overall I would recommend.
