Don is an asset to your restaurant, a fantastic waiter. Personable,knowledgeable, and a great waiter. Natalie, on the other hand was quite the opposite, not sure why an owner would place her in a waitress or “manager” role considering her personality. Never had an experience at a restaurant with such fantastic and terrible customer service at the same time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
