The food and atmosphere were excellent at this restaurant. However, our waiter seemed more focused on another table that he believed would give him a bigger tip. As a result, we only saw our assigned waiter a couple of times, with the floor managers and area runners stepping in to assist us. This was disappointing, especially since I visit this restaurant frequently with clients and colleagues. It was my wife and I's wedding anniversary, and the poor service was a letdown. The restaurant should prioritize better training for their new waitstaff.
This was a nice Brasilian steakhouse experience. The lemonade was as delicious as expected. They had a good selection of meats that were cooked and seasoned deliciously. There seemed to be less variety than other similar restaurants for the same or higher cost. There was no sausage or varied flavored sirloins as I have had else where. Wonderful experience. Very attentive staff and delicious food options. Rarely needed to ask for much as our needs were being met on a routine basis. We did not have a reservation or let anyone know we were celebrating our 17yr anniversary. Somehow, our waiter Justin found out we were celebrating and brought us a cheesecake with nice little note written in cinnamon. Honestly the best experience and we literally have NO IDEA how the staff knew it was our anniversary. We didn?t
Definitely highly recommend this restaurant! Experience unlike any other. First you get whatever you want at the salad bar- which is stocked full with great options, then whenever you are ready each person at the table gets a card that you can switch from green to red, letting servers know that you?d like to try all their meat options. Omg!!!!! You have to eat here! They give you a card with one side Green and the other side Red. It's a simple concept, green is go and red is stop. If you like being catered to, you must eat here. They have plenty of people here walking around with meat offering food. I challenged the idea of it and tried to see if I could eat faster than they could bring it. My plate NEVER was empty!!!! It was me and my husbands first time coming here and we are beyond satisfied with our visit. Adrian was our server and he went above and beyond to make sure we were well accommodated. He checked on us frequently and gave us the BEST service we?d had in a long time! The food was excellent. I?m not big on steaks, although I still do enjoy them occasionally, but I was very impressed with the quality of meats. My favorite was the bottom sirloin. They also have the best chicken
This was my first time. Lots of people talk about how great it is?but I don?t think so. For a place so pricy, service was not the best. I think there is a lack of tact and some servers have an ?annoyed? face when you ask a question. The room was hot. They reach over you. OK, where to begin When we first walked in, there was a huge salad bar that had pasta, cheese of all sorts, slices of pepperoni meat and all types of salads. Which was impressive. Once we were seated they brought us out some water and gave us time to look over the drink menu, which was out of this world!! What an absolutely wonderful place to go for our 1 year wedding Anniversary. Food was amazing and the service was top notch. Mathew our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and spot on with the recommendations. Not only would I recommend to anyone but I will be coming back.
