I recommend their rice, specifically the shrimp rice, which is the one I've tried. To begin with, they use a very special kind of rice that is grown in the lagoon and it is not common due to the way it is cultivated. They explain it when you approach the paella, and rarely 100% the best rice I've ever tried is given in hotels. The customer service by all the employees in general is fantastic. An unexpected place and I will certainly return at the level of cuisine, whatever you order you will leave super satisfied. Very accessible and reasonable price quality without a doubt.
A first-class restaurant in Canals, with spectacular rice and attentive service. Their cook served us the rice, with a detailed and passionate explanation. They made us feel very welcome.
