I have been to this restaurant several times before, usually meeting friends before soccer games. The bar staff have always been friendly and very efficient, with two staff members even helping me at the same time. Although the prices are a bit high, the excellent service makes it worth it. I tried the food once and it was amazing; my girlfriend still raves about the steak pie. The restrooms are always very clean. This is probably the only pub I would go to watch soccer in Kilmarnock. Keep up the great work, guys! Up the Killie!
I traveled from Manchester to meet my family before the football game. The staff let me in to buy drinks, but then told me I had to find a table or leave. I was then asked to leave without receiving a refund for the drink I had just bought. This restaurant is usually where my family and friends gather before games, but I will not be coming back after this incident.
This establishment is a great place to enjoy a beer and catch a soccer game. The staff is dedicated and courteous, especially given the difficulties of the pandemic and adhering to all regulations. I would highly recommend this venue to all. In my opinion, it is the top pub in Killie without a doubt.
